2. Biometric Processing (Face & Palm)
The app uses your camera to process palm and face images for readings. Images may be temporarily processed in-memory or via secure third-party AI services. We do not store biometric images on our servers.

4. Data Sharing

II. Ethical AI & Safety Guardrails
Unlike traditional platforms that hide their restrictions in fine print, The Oracle actively enforces ethical boundaries in real-time. We believe in responsible technology, meaning our AI is strictly programmed to refuse harmful or dangerous queries and protect user well-being.
- Medical & Fertility Protection: The Oracle will never predict, diagnose, or advise on medical conditions, pregnancy, fertility, childbirth, miscarriage, or terminal illness. Users seeking this information are immediately directed to qualified medical professionals.
- Crisis & Harm Response: We strictly prohibit predictions on self-harm, violence, or legal outcomes. If a user expresses intent to harm themselves or others, the AI drops its persona and urgently directs the user to contact local emergency services.
- Minor & Relationship Safety: The AI is programmed to recognize and refuse romanticizing relationships involving minors, teacher/student dynamics, grooming, or coercive power imbalances. The Oracle encourages firm boundaries and seeking trusted adult support.
- No Guaranteed Manipulation: We do not allow the AI to claim that spells, rituals, crystals, or prayers can force another person's free will, guarantee a specific future, or remove curses.
III. Terms of Use
1. AI Limitations
The Oracle uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. Results are symbolic interpretations intended for self-reflection. They may be inaccurate, are not fixed fate, and should never be relied upon for life-altering decisions.
2. Virtual Currency
In-app energy has no real-world value and is non-refundable.
3. Disclaimer
No professional relationship (medical, legal, psychiatric, or otherwise) is created through use of the app.
